You and Me Valentine with a candy treat!

The idea for my card today came from Mary Fish a demonstrator in the states.  Her card used the heart framelits and the Me and You.  I just added the forever and silver little hearts.  Because I hate to waste cutouts and paper....I used the pink heart I cut out from the card  as a background for the little chocolate holder.  The holder is made using the new Scalloped tag Topper Punch from the Occasions Catalogue. Very quick and easy!  These are items I made to do a home party coming up.
