Fall Sneak Peak

Fall is my favorite time of year. I love all the deep rich colours. Each year I look forward to seeing what beautiful designer series papers Stampin Up will come out with. Quick and Simple Monday Cards

Thought I would share with you one of the quick and simple cards I have made for my Monday Stamping this week.

This card was so quick to make and a great way to use up scraps of beautiful papers.  Used here was the Elegant Butterfly punch ( 127526) and my favorite DSP this year Park Lane ( 133694)  The background colour is Mossy Meadow.

July Paper Pumpkin creation and weekly specials

 Good Morning.  We were at a wedding yesterday and I wanted to share the card and gift box I made to the amazing  couple.  I used some of the items and stamps from this months Paper Pumpkin. I ended up using a retired wedding stamp that fit the card and lots of hearts instead of stars for the wedding theme.

  This month contained lots of great items in the little red box.  6 boxes, 6 cards and envelopes, stamp set, Blackberry stamp spot, 3 sheets of stickers and one of silver foil stars, 6 yards of satin ribbon , 7 yards of twin, and 12 cut tags.  Great Month.

I have heard that the next couple month of Paper Pumpkin are excellent.  Also If you sign up before September 1st online you get the first two month for 50% off.

New Stamp sets just released!  More Photopolymer...love these new stamp!  One tip for larger solid Photopolymer stamps ...stamp on a flexible surface.  Our Stampin Pierce Mat is perfect. (126199  @ $5.50)  I now have one for Piercing and one for Stamping.  Even using it for stamping large background stamps is great.  It makes for even pressure and ink coverage.

Paper Pumpkin Pinwheels My Way!

  A week ago I showed you the little red box that arrived at my doorstep...better know as the Paper Pumpkin.  Inside was an adorable kit to make 24 large pinwheels.  There was a lot os stuff in that little box!

Personalized Cards with the NEW LITTLE ETTERS THINLITS

This is a quick and easy card I made with my girls for Lance for Father's Day.  Saw the idea from a US demo Goldie Shaul.  The Little Letters Thinlits are so easy to use.  They are $35.95(133730) for the set.  They would be great for banner, or party favours and a great size for scrap booking .

Multiple 3D Paper Flower instructional Video by SU!

I had to add another Stampin Up Video for you to view.  This features many of the Stampin Up Products used to make 5 different paper flowers.  Two of the flowers remind me of ones I made with two lovely ladies at my Spring Wreath class.  Enjoy and experiment with stuff you have at home!!

I love the spraying the flowers with the Stampin Spritzers (126185) only $3.95 for two.  They have the perfect even spray for crafting.  Just fill with Rubbing Alcohol and 20-30 drops of your favourite re-inker and spray beautiful colour.

Another 'Work of Art' ....'Bravo'

If you have not guessed from the title.... I have made another card with the new "Work of Art' stamp set and combined it with a saying from great new PHOTOPOLYMER  set called 'Bravo' (135380)
You will find in the new Stampin Up 2014-2015 Catalogue there is a number of set that are Photopolymer.  I love these stamps  for two reasons....totally clear for placement on your projects and they sick like crazy to the blocks!  No dropping off!

Weekly Special and New Catalogue A 'Work of Art'

Hello

A couple things to share with you today.  First the new amazing 2013-2014 Catalogue and idea book. I will be posting photos of new projects as I start using all the wonderful new toys out of this book.

The first Stamp set I cracked open was "Work of Art" 134114

Love this set and will be posting a couple cards with it this week.  Here is the first one using colour combo Blackberry Bliss, Pear Pizzazz, Wisteria Wonder, Marina Mist and Soft Ski.  I added a couple of Gold Sequins (132983) You can just pull a couple off the Sequin Trim to use them a singles.  The base is one of our Note cards that come with the envelopes.  The lighter shade of green is made by just stamping the pear again without re-inking the stamp.
